Free Range Kiwi , friend and ally of the Backyard Kiwi
The Free Range Kiwi has recently been seen heading out of the district on a tea towel and apron, ranging around the country and offshore.
Friend and ally of the Backyard Kiwi the Free Range Kiwi was created by artist and illustrator Heather Hunt, to champion kiwi recovery. The Free Range Kiwi roams far and wide linking people around the world to the Backyard Kiwi project and kiwi recovery.
Over summer the Free Range Kiwi and Backyard Kiwi prints will be on display at our local New Day café (Parua Bay) 7th December- 18th January
